The Hotel Paradox is home to the largest ballroom in Santa Cruz. The Sequoia Ballroom, our largest venue at 4,400 square feet seats up to 490 guests, and can be divided into four equal sections. The pre-function area is perfect for registration and networking.
Smaller meetings and events get just as much of our attention here at the Hotel Paradox. May we suggest the most unique space available on the Northern California Coast, the Grove Room. At 700 square feet, your guests will feel inspired by the redwoods etched into the glass which lends just the right amount of privacy to your event.
If you’re looking for a bit of versatility in your meeting space, the Cypress Room might be just what you’re looking for. With 535 sq. ft. of indoor space and 200 sq. ft of outdoor space, after a collaborative meeting indoors, your group will be able to connect with nature as soon as the mood strikes. The outdoor space is perfect for breaks, breakouts or receptions.
