  • What does my yearly membership include?

  • How do I access the pool?

    Show your Solaire membership card and valid photo ID at the front desk. Your full group must check in together to receive pool bracelets.

  • Can someone else use my card?

    No. Memberships are non-transferable and only valid for the name on the card.

  • Can I bring my kids?

    Yes, but anyone under 18 must be accompanied by the cardholder.

  • Are there blackout dates?

    Yes, your membership is not valid on holidays or special events unless otherwise noted or invited by Hotel Paradox staff.

  • Can I bring outside food or drinks?

    No outside food or beverages are permitted on property.

  • Can I bring pets to the pool?

    No animals are allowed on the pool deck.

  • What if I break the rules?

    Memberships are subject to our terms and conditions. Violations may result in termination without refund.
