Celebrate your Valentine with an elegant 3-course meal to inspire romance. This Valentine’s Chef’s Tasting Menu is only available for lunch or dinner on Wednesday, February 14th. Standard Solaire menu also available. Reservations highly recommended.
First Course
Havarti Cheese Fondue – served with sourdough baguette, honey crisp apples, molinari sausage, grapes
Second Course
Blush Lobster Risotto – pomegranate, snap peas, herb garlic butter, flower petals
